Settings & Usage
The Settings area lets you view your current plan, monitor quota usage across billing periods, and find upgrade options. It is accessed from the settings menu within the app.
Settings Navigation
The Settings screen has a sidebar with two sections:
General
View your account plan information including plan name, status, pricing version, and upgrade options.
Usage
Monitor your quota consumption across billing periods with detailed breakdowns per quota type.
General: Plan Information
The General page displays your current subscription plan with the following details:
Available Plans
Item to Form offers the following plan tiers:

Upgrading Your Plan
Plan upgrades are handled through the monday.com marketplace. The General page includes a link to the marketplace where you can review available tiers and upgrade. If you need help choosing a plan, you can also reach Prodactive support directly from this page.
Usage: Quota Dashboard
The Usage page provides a detailed breakdown of your quota consumption for each billing period.
Billing Period Selector
At the top of the page, a dropdown lets you select a billing period. Periods are displayed in a human-readable format (e.g., "January 2026") and are listed in reverse chronological order. Selecting a period loads the quota data for that month.
Summary Statistics
Three summary cards are shown at the top of the usage view:
Total Actions
Sum of all quota usage across all attributes for the selected period.
Active Quotas
Number of quota types that have a limit greater than zero on your plan.
Quotas Exhausted
Number of quota types where you have reached or exceeded the limit. Highlighted in red when greater than zero.
Quota Attributes
Your plan tracks three types of usage. Each is displayed as a card with a progress bar, used/limit numbers, and a remaining count.
Form Submissions
The number of form submissions received during the billing period. This is the primary quota that most users track.
Emails Sent
The number of emails sent via the Email Delivery feature, including initial sends and reminders.
SMS Sent
The number of SMS messages sent during the billing period. Available on plans that include SMS delivery.
Usage Indicators
Each quota card includes a color-coded progress bar that changes based on your consumption level:
| Usage Level | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Below 75% | Green | Healthy — plenty of quota remaining |
| 75% – 89% | Orange | Nearing limit — consider monitoring or upgrading |
| 90% and above | Red | Critical — quota is almost or fully exhausted |
When a quota attribute is not included in your plan (limit of zero), the card displays a "Not included in your plan" message instead of the progress bar.
Quota Reset
All quotas reset on the first day of each month. The Dashboard quota banner and the Usage page both display the reset date so you know exactly when your limits refresh.
Data Freshness
The Usage page shows a "Last updated" timestamp at the bottom of the quota data so you know when the numbers were last retrieved. You can navigate to a different billing period or reload the page to fetch the latest data.
